StarBuddy (“เรา”) ให้บริการตารางสะสมดาวแลกรางวัลสำหรับเด็กที่ starbuddy.app นโยบายนี้อธิบายว่าเราเก็บข้อมูลอะไร ใช้ทำอะไร และคุณมีสิทธิ์อะไรบ้าง ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA)
1. ผู้ใช้บริการคือพ่อแม่/ผู้ปกครอง
บัญชี StarBuddy สร้างและใช้โดยผู้ปกครองที่มีอายุ 20 ปีขึ้นไป (หรือบรรลุนิติภาวะ) เด็กไม่ต้องมีบัญชีหรืออีเมล และไม่ต้องให้ข้อมูลใดๆ ด้วยตัวเอง ข้อมูลของเด็กทั้งหมดถูกกรอกและควบคุมโดยผู้ปกครอง
2. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ

3. เราใช้ข้อมูลเพื่อ
- ให้บริการตารางดาว ซิงก์ข้อมูลระหว่างเครื่อง และให้ผู้ปกครองหลายคนใช้บ้านเดียวกัน (ฐานทางกฎหมาย: การปฏิบัติตามสัญญา)
- เปิดสิทธิ์พรีเมียมหลังชำระเงิน ออกหลักฐาน และดูแลบัญชี (สัญญา และหน้าที่ตามกฎหมาย)
- ป้องกันการใช้งานผิดวัตถุประสงค์ การโกง และดูแลความปลอดภัยของระบบ (ประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย)
- ตอบคำถามและแก้ปัญหาที่คุณแจ้ง
เราไม่ใช้ข้อมูลเพื่อโฆษณา ไม่ทำโปรไฟล์เด็ก และไม่ขายหรือให้เช่าข้อมูลแก่ผู้ใด
4. ผู้ให้บริการที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- Google Firebase / Google Cloud: เข้าสู่ระบบ ฐานข้อมูล โฮสต์เว็บ และระบบเบื้องหลัง (ข้อมูลอาจถูกเก็บบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์นอกประเทศไทย ภายใต้มาตรฐานความปลอดภัยของ Google)
- Stripe: รับชำระเงินด้วยบัตรและพร้อมเพย์ Stripe เก็บข้อมูลการชำระเงินตาม นโยบายของ Stripe
- Google Fonts: แสดงแบบอักษร
นอกจากนี้ เราจะเปิดเผยข้อมูลเฉพาะเมื่อกฎหมายบังคับ หรือเพื่อปกป้องความปลอดภัยของผู้ใช้
5. ใครเห็นข้อมูลบ้านของคุณ
เฉพาะผู้ปกครองที่เป็นสมาชิกบ้านเดียวกัน (ผ่านรหัสเชิญ) และผู้ดูแลระบบของ StarBuddy ซึ่งเข้าถึงเฉพาะเมื่อจำเป็นต่อการดูแลระบบหรือแก้ปัญหาที่คุณแจ้ง รูปแชร์ความภูมิใจจะไม่แสดงรูปจริงของเด็ก เว้นแต่คุณเลือกเอง
6. ระยะเวลาเก็บข้อมูล
- ข้อมูลบัญชีและบ้าน: เก็บจนกว่าคุณจะลบบัญชี
- บันทึกการชำระเงิน: เก็บตามระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายบัญชีและภาษีกำหนด (ไม่เกิน 10 ปี) แม้ลบบัญชีแล้ว
- สำเนาสำรองของระบบ (ถ้ามี): อาจคงอยู่ช่วงเวลาจำกัดหลังการลบ แล้วถูกลบเอง
- เมื่อลบบัญชี เราเก็บเพียงค่าแฮชทางเดียวของอีเมล (ย้อนกลับเป็นอีเมลไม่ได้) และวันที่เริ่มใช้ครั้งแรก เพื่อกันการลบแล้วสมัครใหม่เพื่อรับสิทธิ์ทดลองหรือรางวัลชวนเพื่อนซ้ำ
7. สิทธิ์ของคุณ
คุณมีสิทธิ์ขอเข้าถึง ขอสำเนา ขอแก้ไข ขอโอนย้าย ขอลบ ขอระงับ หรือคัดค้านการใช้ข้อมูล และถอนความยินยอม
- ลบบัญชีเอง: ในแอป ไปที่ ตั้งค่า > บัญชีและความเป็นส่วนตัว > ลบบัญชี ระบบจะลบบัญชี ข้อมูลบ้าน (ถ้าคุณเป็นสมาชิกคนเดียว) และประวัติแชท
- คำขออื่น ติดต่อผ่านแชทในแอป หรืออีเมลด้านล่าง เราจะตอบภายใน 30 วัน
- หากเห็นว่าเราใช้ข้อมูลไม่ถูกต้อง คุณร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (สคส.) ได้
8. ความปลอดภัย
ข้อมูลส่งผ่านการเข้ารหัส HTTPS และจำกัดสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงด้วยกฎความปลอดภัยของฐานข้อมูล ผู้ปกครองตั้งรหัส PIN เพื่อกันเด็กเข้าโหมดพ่อแม่ได้ อย่างไรก็ตาม ไม่มีระบบใดปลอดภัยได้ 100% หากเกิดเหตุละเมิดข้อมูลที่มีความเสี่ยง เราจะแจ้งคุณและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด
9. คุกกี้และที่เก็บข้อมูลในเครื่อง
เราใช้ที่เก็บข้อมูลในเบราว์เซอร์ (เช่น localStorage/IndexedDB) เพื่อจำการเข้าสู่ระบบ ภาษา การตั้งค่า และข้อมูลโหมดทดลองใช้ (ที่อยู่ในเครื่องคุณเท่านั้น) ไม่มีคุกกี้โฆษณาหรือติดตามข้ามเว็บไซต์ เรานับสถิติรวมรายวันแบบไม่ระบุตัวตน เช่น จำนวนการเข้าชม การเริ่มทดลอง และการเปิดหน้าอัปเกรด โดยไม่ผูกกับตัวบุคคลหรืออุปกรณ์
10. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย
หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงสำคัญ เราจะแจ้งในแอปก่อนมีผล วันที่ด้านบนจะบอกฉบับล่าสุดเสมอ

Privacy Policy

StarBuddy (“we”) provides a star reward chart for kids at starbuddy.app. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
1. The service is for parents
StarBuddy accounts are created and used by parents or guardians who are adults. Children do not need an account or email and do not provide information themselves. All child information is entered and controlled by the parent.
2. What we collect

3. How we use it
- To run the chart, sync between devices and let several parents share a family (contract)
- To activate Premium after payment, keep records and manage your account (contract, legal obligation)
- To prevent abuse and fraud and keep the service secure (legitimate interests)
- To answer your questions and fix problems you report
We do not use data for advertising, do not profile children, and never sell or rent data.
4. Service providers
- Google Firebase / Google Cloud: sign-in, database, hosting and back-end (data may be stored on servers outside Thailand under Google’s security standards)
- Stripe: card and PromptPay payments, under Stripe’s privacy policy
- Google Fonts: fonts
Otherwise we disclose data only when required by law or to protect users’ safety.
5. Who can see your family data
Only parents who are members of the same family (via invite code), and StarBuddy administrators when needed to operate the service or solve a problem you report. Share cards do not show a child’s real photo unless you choose to.
6. How long we keep data
- Account and family data: until you delete your account
- Payment records: as long as accounting and tax law requires (up to 10 years), even after account deletion
- System backups (if any): may persist for a limited period after deletion, then are removed automatically
- When you delete your account we keep only a one-way hash of your email (it cannot be turned back into the email) and your first sign-up date, to stop repeat free trials or referral rewards through delete-and-re-sign-up
7. Your rights
You may request access, a copy, correction, portability, deletion, restriction or objection, and withdraw consent.
- Delete it yourself: in the app go to Settings > Account & privacy > Delete account. This removes your account, the family data (if you are its only member) and your support chat.
- For other requests, use the in-app chat or email below. We reply within 30 days.
- You may complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
8. Security
Data travels over HTTPS and database security rules restrict access. Parents can set a PIN for parent mode. No system is 100% secure; if a risky data breach occurs we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.
9. Cookies and local storage
We use browser storage (localStorage/IndexedDB) only to remember sign-in, language, settings and trial-mode data (which stays on your device). There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We keep anonymous daily totals such as visits, trial starts and upgrade-page views, not linked to any person or device.
10. Changes
We will announce significant changes in the app before they take effect. The date above always shows the latest version.
