เงื่อนไขการใช้งาน

การใช้ StarBuddy ที่ starbuddy.app ถือว่าคุณยอมรับเงื่อนไขนี้และ นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว หากไม่ยอมรับ โปรดหยุดใช้บริการ

1. บริการ

StarBuddy คือเครื่องมือช่วยพ่อแม่สร้างกิจวัตรให้ลูกด้วยการสะสมดาวแลกรางวัล ดาวและรางวัลในแอปเป็นเพียงสัญลักษณ์ภายในครอบครัว ไม่มีมูลค่าเป็นเงินและแลกเปลี่ยนนอกแอปไม่ได้

2. บัญชี

ผู้สมัครต้องเป็นผู้ปกครองที่บรรลุนิติภาวะ และเข้าสู่ระบบด้วยบัญชี Google ของตนเอง
คุณรับผิดชอบการใช้งานภายใต้บัญชีของคุณ และข้อมูลที่กรอกเกี่ยวกับบุตรหลาน
เจ้าของบ้านเชิญผู้ปกครองคนอื่นเข้าบ้านได้ ผู้ที่ได้รับเชิญจะเห็นและแก้ไขข้อมูลบ้านนั้นได้

3. แพ็กเกจฟรี ทดลองใช้ และพรีเมียม

แพ็กเกจฟรี ใช้ได้ตามจำนวนที่แสดงในแอป (เช่น จำนวนลูก งาน ของรางวัล ผู้ปกครอง และเครื่องที่ใช้พร้อมกัน) เราอาจปรับขีดจำกัดได้โดยจะไม่ลบข้อมูลที่มีอยู่
ทดลองใช้พรีเมียมฟรี (ถ้ามี) กดเริ่มเองได้ในแอป ทั้งบ้านใช้พรีเมียมได้ตามจำนวนวันที่แสดง นับจากวันที่กดเริ่ม ใช้ได้ครั้งเดียวต่อบ้านและต่อบัญชี (ลบบัญชีแล้วสมัครใหม่ไม่ได้สิทธิ์ซ้ำ) ไม่ต้องใช้บัตร และไม่ตัดเงินอัตโนมัติเมื่อหมดช่วงทดลอง
พรีเมียม ปลดล็อกขีดจำกัดสำหรับทั้งบ้าน ชำระครั้งเดียวต่อรอบ (รายเดือน 31 วัน หรือรายปี 365 วัน) ไม่ต่ออายุหรือตัดเงินอัตโนมัติ ชำระก่อนหมดอายุ วันจะต่อจากวันเดิม
เมื่อพรีเมียมหรือช่วงทดลองหมด บ้านกลับเป็นแพ็กเกจฟรี รายการที่เกินขีดจำกัดจะถูกล็อก (ไม่ถูกลบ) และกลับมาใช้ได้ทันทีเมื่อต่ออายุ
ราคาแสดงเป็นเงินบาทและรวมค่าธรรมเนียมแล้ว ชำระผ่าน Stripe ด้วยบัตรหรือพร้อมเพย์ เราอาจเปลี่ยนราคาได้ แต่ไม่กระทบรอบที่ชำระแล้ว

4. นโยบายการคืนเงิน

ไม่มีการคืนเงินหลังชำระค่าพรีเมียมแล้ว ไม่ว่าจะใช้งานครบรอบหรือไม่ แนะนำให้ใช้แพ็กเกจฟรีหรือทดลองพรีเมียมฟรี (ถ้ามี) ก่อนตัดสินใจ
ข้อยกเว้นเฉพาะกรณีความผิดพลาดของการเรียกเก็บเงิน เช่น ถูกเรียกเก็บซ้ำ หรือชำระแล้วระบบไม่เปิดพรีเมียมให้และเราแก้ไขไม่ได้ เราจะเปิดสิทธิ์ให้ ชดเชยวัน หรือคืนเงินรายการนั้น
แจ้งปัญหาการชำระเงินผ่านแชทในแอปหรืออีเมลด้านล่าง พร้อมอีเมลที่ใช้ชำระ
ข้อนี้ไม่จำกัดสิทธิ์ของผู้บริโภคตามที่กฎหมายไทยกำหนด

5. การใช้งานที่ไม่อนุญาต

เข้าถึง แก้ไข หรือรบกวนระบบ ข้อมูลของผู้อื่น หรือพยายามเลี่ยงขีดจำกัดและการชำระเงิน
สร้างบัญชีจำนวนมากเพื่อรับสิทธิ์ทดลองหรือรางวัลชวนเพื่อนซ้ำ
ใส่เนื้อหาที่ผิดกฎหมาย ละเมิดสิทธิ์ผู้อื่น หรือไม่เหมาะสมกับเด็ก

หากพบการละเมิด เราอาจระงับสิทธิ์พรีเมียม รางวัล หรือบัญชีได้

6. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด

เราตั้งใจให้บริการทำงานได้ต่อเนื่องและปลอดภัย แต่ให้บริการ “ตามสภาพ” อาจมีช่วงหยุดปรับปรุงหรือขัดข้องได้ StarBuddy เป็นเครื่องมือช่วยเท่านั้น ไม่ใช่คำแนะนำทางการแพทย์หรือจิตวิทยา ความรับผิดรวมของเราต่อคุณไม่เกินจำนวนเงินที่คุณชำระให้เราในช่วง 12 เดือนล่าสุด เว้นแต่กฎหมายกำหนดไว้เป็นอย่างอื่น

7. การยกเลิกและลบบัญชี

คุณเลิกใช้และลบบัญชีได้ทุกเมื่อที่ ตั้งค่า > บัญชีและความเป็นส่วนตัว > ลบบัญชี วันพรีเมียมที่เหลือจะสิ้นสุดพร้อมบัญชี และไม่มีการคืนเงิน (ดูข้อ 4)

8. การเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไข

เราอาจปรับเงื่อนไขนี้ได้ หากเป็นการเปลี่ยนแปลงสำคัญ จะแจ้งในแอปก่อนมีผล การใช้งานต่อหลังจากนั้นถือว่ายอมรับเงื่อนไขใหม่

9. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ

เงื่อนไขนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายไทย สิทธิ์ของผู้บริโภคตามกฎหมายไม่ถูกจำกัดด้วยเงื่อนไขนี้

By using StarBuddy at starbuddy.app you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

1. The service

StarBuddy helps parents build routines with a star reward chart. Stars and rewards are symbolic within your family, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged outside the app.

2. Accounts

You must be an adult parent or guardian and sign in with your own Google account.
You are responsible for activity under your account and the information you enter about your children.
A family owner can invite other parents; invited parents can view and edit that family’s data.

3. Free plan, trial and Premium

Free plan: usage limits shown in the app (children, tasks, rewards, parents, devices at once). We may change limits without deleting existing data.
Free Premium trial (when offered): start it yourself in the app. The whole family gets Premium for the number of days shown, counted from when you start. Once per family and per account (deleting and re-creating an account does not give a new trial). No card needed and nothing is charged when it ends.
Premium unlocks limits for the whole family. It is a one-time payment per period (monthly = 31 days, yearly = 365 days) and never renews or charges automatically. Paying early adds days to your current end date.
When Premium or a trial ends, the family returns to the Free plan. Items over the limit are locked (not deleted) and unlock instantly when you renew.
Prices are in Thai baht, including fees, paid via Stripe by card or PromptPay. Price changes never affect periods already paid.

4. Refund policy

Premium payments are non-refundable, whether or not the period is fully used. Please use the Free plan or the free Premium trial (when offered) before you decide.
The only exception is a billing error, such as a duplicate charge or a payment that did not activate Premium and that we cannot fix. In that case we will activate Premium, add days, or refund that payment.
Report payment problems in the in-app chat or by email below, with the email used to pay.
This does not limit any consumer rights you have under Thai law.

5. Not allowed

Accessing, altering or disrupting the system or other people’s data, or trying to bypass limits or payment
Creating many accounts to repeat trials or referral rewards
Entering unlawful, infringing or child-inappropriate content

We may suspend Premium, rewards or accounts that break these rules.

6. Limitation of liability

We aim to keep the service available and secure, but provide it “as is”; maintenance or outages may occur. StarBuddy is a helper tool, not medical or psychological advice. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, except where the law requires otherwise.

7. Cancelling and deleting your account

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time in Settings > Account & privacy > Delete account. Remaining Premium days end with the account and are not refunded (see section 4).

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be announced in the app before they take effect; continuing to use the service means you accept them.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Your statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
